Introduction
My name is Lynne “Tiger” Taggart and I am currently a technology expert supporting clients since 1990.
Why the name Tiger?
Ever since I joined the United States Navy, fellow vets are only known by their last name, while your first name was your rank. Majority of the people that hear my last name for some reason would hear Tiger instead of my Taggart. Over time the name “Tiger” stuck.
When I turned 49, I decided that I needed to make some changes in my life. One of the changes was my weight, which is why I am starting all this. By sharing my weight loss journey, I may be able to help others with the same or similar struggle.
