I have provided some pdfs of the food logs in which I will be using during this challenge. I will periodically update them as I figure changes are needed or recommended.

I put together a quick easy chart that I am using to help me track my BMI. Note that this is set for my height at 5′ 6″. Its just a chart I copied and updated for my personal use.
